How do I exchange my case?
Please email Customer Service (cs@tridentcase.com) with the following information:
- Full name
- Shipping address
- Specific case series (Ex: Kraken, Cyclops, Electra, etc.)
- Order # (only if directly purchased from our website)
- Proof of purchase (if item was not purchased from our website)
- Color of the case
- Type of device
- Brief description of the issue
When exchanging, the damaged/defective case
needs to be returned along with the RMA # provided by our Customer Service
Department.
What do I return if my case is broken or defective?
Once you have received an RMA #, you are required to ship back the entire case (both silicone and hardened
polycarbonate) in order to have it replaced or a refund issued.
My holster broke. What do I do?
Please email cs@tridentcase.com with the case type, the device it's for, and your shipping address. We will send out your replacement holster once we receive your email.
I would like a refund, how can I get one?
Refunds can only be requested if the product
was purchased directly from our website, and can only be issued within the
first 30 days after receiving the product.
I've been issued store credit, how do I use this?
You can access your store credit by logging
into our website. To use it, simply place your order and you will be able to
choose store credit as the payment method when it comes time to pay for your
order.
How can I get a return label?
Return labels are only made for customers who
purchase directly from our website. We encourage customers who purchased
elsewhere to ship their damaged/defective cases to us via USPS standard
shipping in a small envelope so as to minimize expenses.
How do I calculate shipping cost?
For new orders shipping cost can only be
determined upon checkout. (This excludes standard shipping within the U.S)
When will I receive my case?
We ship via United States Postal Service
standard shipping, which takes 2-9 business days; faster shipping can be chosen
during checkout at the expense of the customer.
My order has shipped, but my USPS tracking number doesn't show any
information.
Please allow 1-2 days after your order has
shipped for updated tracking information to appear.
How long does it take for Customer Service to respond to my email?
Please allow Customer Service 1-2 business
days to respond to your email.
Can I pre-order an item?
At this point in time we don’t take any
pre-orders.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Orders cannot be made over the phone; you
must log on to www.tridentcase.com to
place an order.
I don't see my case on the website, why is that?
If you purchased a case and do not see it on our website, email cs@tridentcase.com to inquire if we'll be offering the case in the future or if the case has been discontinued.
Do European consumer rights apply on purchases made on your website?

Are the cases for the Samsung Galaxy Note
compatible with the Note 2?
All cases for the Galaxy Note are not compatible
with the Galaxy Note 2.

Do you sell replacement screen protectors?
We do not sell replacement screen protectors on our website.
If you received a defective screen protector with your case, please email cs@tridentcase.com.

Can I buy a mySkin for my Kraken A.M.S.?
mySkins are strictly for the Aegis series,
and cannot be used along with an exoskeleton to build a Kraken A.M.S. An A.M.S.
compatible Perseus case can be purchased along with a Kraken A.M.S. Exoskeleton to

What does the Kraken A.M.S. consist of?
Kraken A.M.S. is composed of a shock-absorbing inner silicone sleeve (Perseus A.M.S.) and a hardened
polycarbonate outer shell (Kraken A.M.S. Exoskeleton).

We offer different colored mySkins for our Aegis cases. If you do not see mySkins offered for your case, email

I already have an extended battery for my phone and I am looking for a case.
Our Electra Series (offered for select phones) will come as a bundled package with both an extended battery and protective case.
No parts of this case are sold separately, so if you purchase this case you will receive both the extended battery and case.
